Henrik G. Olsson 643861a076 [Swiftify] modernize test cases (NFC) ...

This updates some core test cases to use -verify -Rmacro-expansions
instead of swift-ide-test to check for safe interop wrappers. This will
be useful for a follow-up patch adding diagnostics for functions where
wrappers could not be added.
