Doug Gregor 5f8bf43fd3 Move Embedded Swift C++ interoperability test into test/embedded
test/embedded sets up some configuration needed for embedded testing
that we don't want globally, so move this C++ interop with Embedded
Swift test over to test/embedded. This does end up promoting some lit
substitutions for C++ interop into the main "test" directory.
