Hamish Knight edca7c85ad Adopt ABORT throughout the compiler
Convert a bunch of places where we're dumping to stderr and calling
`abort` over to using `ABORT` such that the message gets printed to
the pretty stack trace. This ensures it gets picked up by
CrashReporter.

// If we're mangling an entity in a `nominal-type` context and it has inverse
// requirements, then after appending the `nominal-type` context, we follow it
// with the mangling of a constrained extension. For example, if we've appended
// a context consisting of just a nominal-type:
//
// context ::= entity
// entity ::= nominal-type
//
// Then this function `appendContextualInverses` will tack-on extension mangling
// with a generic signature containing the inverses for that nominal-type's
// generic parameters:
//
// context ::= entity module generic-signature? 'E'
//
// If there are no inverses, then we do not append extension mangling.
//
// The end goal is that we mangle members of a nominal type, where the nominal
// has inverse requirements in its signature, as though the members are in an
// extension with a generic signature with those inverse requirements:
//
// struct X<Y: ~Copyable> {
// func foo<Z: ~Copyable>() {} // has the same mangling as the `foo` below
// }
//
// extension X where Y: ~Copyable {
// func foo<Z: ~Copyable>() {}
// }
//
// Thus, this function appends the remaining piece to an existing context to
// make it look as if the context is an extension:
//
// context ::= context* nominal-type module generic-signature? 'E'
// ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
// this piece will be appended
