Konrad `ktoso` Malawski 9547556e49 [Concurrency] Don't diagnose isolation crossing for conformances that can't be isolated (#93105)
checkIsolatedConformancesForIsolationCrossing warned that an abstract
conformance "may be isolated" in two cases where it cannot be:

- The conforming type is nested in a type parameter that conforms to
SendableMetatype, e.g. `T.A where T: Q and Q: Sendable`. Conformance
checking already rejects isolated conformances there via
GenericSignature::prohibitsIsolatedConformance, so use the same rule
through ArchetypeType::mayHaveIsolatedConformance.
- The Self conformance of a protocol member call.

With this fix we won't issue diagnostics about such potential isolated
conformance issues, because they'd be prevented already by construction
