Allow Builtin.takeFromRawPointer to produce a concrete COM existential. Convert the interface pointer to an unowned existential and adopt its existing +1 reference without calling AddRef or adjusting the address. The result is destroyed through the interface's Release entry. Keep optional results and opaque generic representations outside the builtin's contract. Nullable foreign pointers must be checked before their nonnull interface reference is adopted.
