Duo Wang 1375d3547b [test] Make dylib-using executable tests work with remote-run (#93101) ...

Similar to https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/pull/90261, these tests
build helper libraries into %t and link the test executable against
them. Give helper libraries @executable_path install names and pass them
to %target-run so that remote-run uploads them next to the executable.
