Treat a COM interface existential and its optional form as a trivial C pointer representation. This allows COM requirements to pass interfaces directly and through typed pointer parameters. Lower these types to void * in the Clang type converter so foreign ABI classification agrees with semantic analysis. Check the original type before peeling optionality in foreign representability; a second optional layer has no corresponding C representation.
