Allan Shortlidge e3311211f6 test: Stop disabling availability checking in constrained_existentials.swift. ...

This test passes -disable-availability-checking to silence a diagnostic about
casting types with noncopyable generic arguments, which requires the Swift 6.0
runtime. Pass -target %target-swift-6.0-abi-triple instead, and spell out the
deployment target in the comment that records how the mangled names were
generated.
