The `yielding mutate` is synthesized from other provided accessors
when necessary and possible.
A nuance:
To preserve existing ABI contracts,
`{ get set }` implies that a coroutine mutator will be generated.
In practice, this means that `{ get set }` and `{ get set yielding mutate}` are synonyms.
But note that `{ get yielding mutate }` does not imply `set`.
