Clang build arguments are filtered down to known flags, but '-Xclang'
was not among them while its value often matched the '-f' catch-all.
LLVM's '-Xclang -fno-pch-timestamp' thus became a bare
'-fno-pch-timestamp', which the Clang driver rejects, breaking
indexing in the generated project. Recognize '-Xclang' with either a
separate or '='-joined value so the pair is kept together.
