Eric Miotto 30c87aad80 test: remove old driver test that is taking 100+ seconds in CI ...

Most users are using SwiftDriver at this point, and in there this
scenario is already covered in the `filelist()` test in
`OutputJobTests.swift` (added with swiftlang/swift-driver#144), so this
test has little value now.
