Fixes a false alarm in case of recursive calls with different type parameters.
For example:
```
protocol P {
associatedtype E: P
}
func noRecursionMismatchingTypeArgs1<T: P>(_ t: T.Type) {
if T.self == Int.self {
return
}
noRecursionMismatchingTypeArgs1(T.E.self)
}
```
