Erik Eckstein 8b496f668f Embedded: allow generic class constructors
For example:

```
  public class C: MyClass {
    public init(p: some P) {
      // ...
    }
  }
```

Constructors are not called via the vtable (except "required" constructors).
Therefore we can allow generic constructors.
