Ingo Karkat df8b145287 ingo#regexp#length#Project(): Ignore global regexp flags for case sensitivity and regexp engine type 
Instead of mistakenly counting them as matched characters. Reuse the new ingo#regexp#split#GlobalFlags() function for that.
