It's usually an error (things like: "${if (true) abc$def}"), but nevertheless
shouldn't be highlighted as a simple interpolation

Fix floating point literals regexp
...
- don't match '-' or '+' in the beginning, similar to Vim's built-in schemes
- require a word boundary in the beginning ("abcde5")
- require a digit before 'e' ("e5")
