Hirohito Higashi e9b86faf1d runtime(termdebug,json): unused variables are left in :def functions ...

Problem:  GetRemotePtyDev() and BufUnloaded() in termdebug declare loop
          variables they never use, the variable window code declares
          "spaceBuffer" and never uses it, and FormatRange() in
          dist/json.vim computes "indent" and never uses it.
Solution: Remove the unused declarations, loop with "_" where only the
          count matters, and iterate over values() where the keys are
          not needed (Hirohito Higashi).
