This is a combination of the following changes:
Problem: PyYAML timestamp matching scans positions that cannot begin a
timestamp.
Solution: Check for a leading digit before timestamp boundary matching.
Problem: The PyYAML integer and floats pattern repeats the optional
sign in each alternative.
Solution: Match the optional sign once before the alternatives.
