Stanislaw Gruszka 7982966f3e runtime(bpftrace): add base syntax plugin

Problem:  No syntax highlighting for bpftrace files.
Solution: Add basic syntax rules, which cover comments, keywords, strings,
          numbers, macros and probes (the bpftrace specific items).
