Doug Kearns 1c00af2a24 runtime(doc): Remove obsolete labelling from 'h' occasion in :help 'highlight' 
The 'h' occasion is now used for "matched text of currently inserted
completion" (defaulting to ComplMatchIns).

closes: #17572
