Problem: filetype: tiltfiles are not recognized
Solution: Detect Tiltfiles.* and *.tiltfiles as tiltfile filetype.

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
