Replaces the direct bootstrap pattern with a closure that Symfony Runtime resolves, enabling future support for alternative runtimes (FrankenPHP, RoadRunner, etc.) without code changes. APP_ENV and APP_DEBUG are read from the environment; set them in the web server configuration for production (APP_ENV=prod APP_DEBUG=0).
