Laszlo Nagy 410e9b49f3 feat(cli): accept --overwrite wherever --append is accepted
The flag is a no-op: it selects the behaviour that is already the
default, so nothing reads it yet. It exists so a script can state the
behaviour it depends on ahead of the release that makes appending the
default, and the parsing site carries a comment saying so, since an
argument that is parsed and never inspected otherwise reads as a bug.

Passing it with --append is a usage error rather than a precedence rule.
The two state opposite intents, and picking a winner would let the
contradiction survive the default change, where it would silently start
losing or keeping entries depending on which rule had been chosen.

Requirement: output-append
