Ramkumar Ramachandra 5bc3f0b567 diffcore-pickaxe doc: document -S and -G properly ...

The documentation of -S and -G is very sketchy.  Completely rewrite the
sections in Documentation/diff-options.txt and
Documentation/gitdiffcore.txt.
