Junio C Hamano 7cebe73dbd Merge branch 'pw/rebase-of-a-tag-fix' ...

"git rebase <upstream> <tag>" failed when aborted in the middle, as
it mistakenly tried to write the tag object instead of peeling it
to HEAD.
