52e73ae476 Settings: Replace startActivityForResult with registerForActivityResult 
We have to do this everywhere eventually, since startActivityForResult and
onActivityResult are deprecated.

fdaf941b96 Allow plugins to show more than one button in the UI 
- Makes the digitizer a main button, but enabled by default only on tablets
- Makes the TV remote a main button, only shown when connected to a TV
