pinctrl: nuvoton: npcm7xx: use new pinctrl GPIO helpers

Browse Source 
Replace the pinctrl helpers taking the global GPIO number as argument
with the improved variants that instead take a pointer to the GPIO chip
and the controller-relative offset.
