The two virtual multiplexers are now part of the alsa routing.
The "DMIC M1 Mux" now sits between the primary digital mics
"DMICL"/"DMICR" and the virtual multiplexer "DMIC Mux". And
"DMIC M2 Mux" sits between the secondary digital mics
"DMIC2L"/"DMIC2R" and the audio out interfaces
"AIFOUT2L"/"AIFOUT2R". This patch makes sure that the M1 and
M2 mics can be switched On/Off independently, by default both
will be enabled.

'struct fsl_spdif_soc_data' and 'struct snd_kcontrol_new' are not modified
in this driver.
Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
increases overall security, especially when the structure holds some
function pointers.

For some reason we endedup allocating sdw_stream_runtime for every cpu dai,
this has two issues.
1. we never set snd_soc_dai_set_stream for non soundwire dai, which
means there is no way that we can free this, resulting in memory leak
2. startup and shutdown callbacks can be called without
hw_params callback called. This combination results in memory leak
because machine driver sruntime array pointer is only set in hw_params
callback.
All the machine drivers have these memory leaks, so cleanup the mess and
make them use common helpers from sdw.c
This patch series fix the issue, and while we are at it, it also remove
some redundant code from machine drivers.
Replace direct printk() calls with the appropriate dev_*() logging
APIs.Use dev_err, dev_warn, dev_info, or dev_dbg to reflect the correct
severity level. Pass the canonical struct device pointer so logs
include device context and become traceable to specific hardware
instances.Improve log clarity, make messages filterable by device
and align the driver with kernel logging conventions to aid
debugging and maintenance.

The function SND_SOC_DAPM_AIF_OUT has its third parameter
as stream index. The stream index is numbered from 0 to 3 for
every output interface widget but with same stream name
"HiFi Capture". So, if the stream name is same, the stream
index cannot be different. Also for capture, there is only one
stream "HiFi Capture", so only one stream index. Therefore,
with this patch changed the stream index to 0 for all the output
interface widgets with stream name "HiFi Capture".

Merge series from Charles Keepax <ckeepax@opensource.cirrus.com>:
Next installment of the SDCA changes, hopefully the next series after
this should be the full class driver. It is worth noting this series has
a build dependency on a patch working its way through the PM/ACPI tree:
commit ac46f5b6c6 ("ACPICA: Add SoundWire File Table (SWFT) signature")
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/rafael/linux-pm.git
But we can probably worry about that later, as normally there is a
reasonable amount of review on these SDCA series'.
This series broadly breaks down into 3 chunks, first there are several
changes to remove the assumption that the struct device used for SDCA
purposes represents the SoundWire slave. This is because the SDCA class
driver will be made of an auxiliary driver for each SDCA Function, thus
the SoundWire slave will be on the parent device for each individual
driver. Then there are patches to add support for UMP/FDL. And then
finally since the rest of the HID support is there and UMP was the last
missing part required a small patch to add a function to allow reporting
of HID events from SDCA devices.

Merge series from Richard Fitzgerald <rf@opensource.cirrus.com>:
Until now, all products with an amplifier supported by the cs35l56 driver
have shipped with Microsoft Windows pre-installed. The factory calibration
of speaker protection has therefore been done using the Windows driver.
However, products that ship with a Linux-based distro must be able to
perform the factory calibration procedure from within the Linux-based
environment. This patch series adds that support.
NOTE: unfortunately this is yet another series that is mainly ASoC but
also needs some changes to the HDA driver, and they have build dependencies
on the ASoC code. I suggest taking this all through Mark's tree and we'll
avoid sending any other commits to the HDA driver until it has all landed
in Takashi's tree.
When configured for default synchronisation (Rx syncs to Tx) and the
SAI operates in consumer mode (clocks provided externally to Tx), a
synchronisation error occurs on Tx on the first attempt after device
initialisation when the playback stream is started while a capture
stream is already active. This results in channel shift/swap on the
playback stream.
Subsequent streams (ie after that first failing one) always work
correctly, no matter the order, with or without the other stream active.
This issue was observed (and fix tested) on an i.MX6UL board connected
to an ADAU1761 codec, where the codec provides both frame and bit clock
(connected to TX pins).
To fix this, always initialize the 'other' xCR4 and xCR5 registers when
we're starting a stream which is synced to the opposite one, irregardless
of the producer/consumer status.

The TX side of the SPDIF block on the A523 is almost the same the
previous generations, the only difference being that it has separate
module clock inputs for the TX and RX side.
Since this driver currently only supports TX, add support for a
different clock name so that TX and RX clocks can be separated
if RX support is ever added. Then add support for the A523.

The SPDIF hardware block in the A523 SoC has the same layout as the
H616 for the transmitter side. However unlike previous generations,
the hardware block now takes separate module clocks for the TX and RX
sides. This presumably allows the hardware to send and receive audio
streams at different sample rates. The new hardware also gained RX
insertion detection, and some extra information registers.
Add a new compatible for it without any fallbacks.
