Pull power supply and reset updates from Sebastian Reichel:
"Power-supply core:
- introduce "No Battery" health status
- use library interpolation
- add power_supply_battery_info documentation
- migrate power_supply_battery_info to be fully heap allocated making
it more obvious that it needs to be free'd manually

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
