Rename kvm_cpu_cap_init_scattered() to kvm_cpu_cap_init_kvm_defined() in anticipation of adding KVM-only CPUID leafs that aren't recognized by the kernel and thus not scattered, i.e. for leafs that are 100% KVM-defined. Adjust/add comments to kvm_only_cpuid_leafs and KVM_X86_FEATURE to document how to create new kvm_only_cpuid_leafs entries for scattered features as well as features that are entirely unknown to the kernel. No functional change intended. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
