Make sure the number of WBM_IDLE_LINK ring descriptors is power of 2. This increases the number of descriptors to 32k from the current ~18k to fix the target assert because of the shortage in the descriptors in WBM_IDLE_LINK ring. Remove unnecessary power of 2 calculation in ath11k_dp_link_desc_setup() as it is not required after this change. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
