Quinn Tran 1560bafdff scsi: qla2xxx: Use complete switch scan for RSCN events
This patch removes unnecessary code to handle RSCN, instead performs full
scan everytime driver receives RSCN

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
