commit908a572b80upstream. Using waitqueue_active() is racy. Make sure we issue a wake_up() unconditionally after storing into fc->blocked. After that it's okay to optimize with waitqueue_active() since the first wake up provides the necessary barrier for all waiters, not the just the woken one. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
