modesetting X11 driver may provide negative x/y cordinates in mdp5_crtc_cursor_move call when rotation is enabled. Cursor buffer can overlap down to its negative width/height. ROI has to be recalculated for negative x/y indicating using the lower/right corner of the cursor buffer and hotspot must be set in MDP5_LM_CURSOR_XY_SRC_Y MDP5_LM_CURSOR_XY_SRC_X. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
