cpuset_can_attach() can fail. Postpone DL BW allocation until all tasks have been checked. DL BW is not allocated per-task but as a sum over all DL tasks migrating. If multiple controllers are attached to the cgroup next to the cpuset controller a non-cpuset can_attach() can fail. In this case free DL BW in cpuset_cancel_attach(). Finally, update cpuset DL task count (nr_deadline_tasks) only in cpuset_attach(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
