Julia Lawall 37c2277fad workqueue: replace call_rcu by kfree_rcu for simple kmem_cache_free callback
Since SLOB was removed, it is not necessary to use call_rcu
when the callback only performs kmem_cache_free. Use
kfree_rcu() directly.

The changes were done using the following Coccinelle semantic patch.
This semantic patch is designed to ignore cases where the callback
function is used in another way.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
