[ Upstream commit79bc3f85c5] The instructions c.jr and c.jalr must have rs1 != 0, but riscv_insn_is_c_jr() and riscv_insn_is_c_jalr() do not check for this. So, riscv_insn_is_c_jr() can match a reserved encoding, while riscv_insn_is_c_jalr() can match the c.ebreak instruction. Rewrite them with check for rs1 != 0. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
