Ming Lei 5fc62aad4e PM: runtime: add missed pm_request_autosuspend ...

The patch "PM / Runtime: Implement autosuspend support" introduces
"autosuspend" facility for runtime PM, but misses helper function
of pm_request_autosuspend, so add it.
