[ Upstream commit560000d619] In dma_direct_map_sg(), the case PCI_P2PDMA_MAP_THRU_HOST_BRIDGE incorrectly used 'break' instead of falling through to MAP_NONE. As a result, segments traversing the host bridge skipped the required dma_direct_map_phys() call entirely, leaving sg->dma_address uninitialized and leading to DMA failures. Fix this by using 'fallthrough;'. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
