IPR_CHANNELNUMBERMASK cannot be non-zero when IPR_CHANNELLOOP is unset,
so join marking them as handled.
This logically reverts part of commit f453e20d8a0 ("ALSA update
0.9.3a"), which made the inverse change with no explanation.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
