[ Upstream commit01b1e3ca0e] When a task needs to accept memory it will scan the accepting_list to see if any ranges already being processed by other tasks overlap with its range. Due to an off-by-one in the range comparisons, a task might falsely determine that an overlapping range is being accepted, leading to an unnecessary delay before it begins processing the range. Fix the off-by-one in the range comparison to prevent this and slightly improve performance. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
