[ Upstream commit3fc7c5c0cf] pm_runtime_get_if_in_use can fail: either PM has been disabled altogether (-EINVAL), or the device hasn't been enabled yet (0). Sadly, the Rockchip IOMMU driver tends to conflate the two things by considering a non-zero return value as successful. This has the consequence of hiding other bugs, so let's handle this case throughout the driver, with a WARN_ON_ONCE so that we can try and work out what happened. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
