dwmac_socfpga re-implements support for the TSE PCS, which is identical to the already existing TSE PCS, which in turn is the same as the Lynx PCS. Drop the existing TSE re-implemenation and use the Lynx PCS instead, relying on the regmap-mdio driver to translate MDIO accesses into mmio accesses. Add a lynx_pcs reference in the stmmac's internal structure, and use .mac_select_pcs() to return the relevant PCS to be used. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
