Malidp uses two interrupts ie 1. se_irq - used for memory writeback. and 2. de_irq - used for display output. 'struct drm_device' is being replaced with 'struct malidp_hw_device' as the function argument. The reason being the dependency of malidp_de_irq_fini on 'struct drm_device' needs to be removed so as to enable it to call from functions which receives 'struct malidp_hw_device' as argument. Furthermore, there is no way to retrieve 'struct drm_device' from 'struct malidp_hw_device'. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
