[ Upstream commite9db1b5517] Intel SoundWire machine driver always uses Pin number 2 and above. Currently, the pin number is used as the FW DAI index directly. As a result, FW DAI 0 and 1 are never used. That worked fine because we use up to 2 DAIs in a SDW link. Convert the topology pin index to ALH dai index, the mapping is using 2-off indexing, iow, pin #2 is ALH dai #0. The issue exists since beginning. And the Fixes tag is the first commit that this commit can be applied. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
