bnxt_en requires same number of stat_ctxs as CP rings but RDMA requires only 1 stat_ctx. Also add a new parameter resv_stat_ctxs to better keep track of stat_ctxs reserved including resources used by RDMA. Add a stat_ctxs parameter to all the relevant resource reservation functions so we can reserve the correct number of stat_ctxs. Prior to this patch, we were not reserving the extra stat_ctx for RDMA and RDMA would not work on the new 57500 chips. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
