Fixes for omap variants Three fixes mostly for dra7 SoC variants that have some devices disabled compared to the base SoC. These got broken by the change of making devices probe with ti-sysc interconnect target module and went unnnoticed for a while. And there is no clkcel bit for timer12 unlike timer1. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
