After moves the skb->dev and skb->protocol initialization into
ip6_output, setting the skb->dev inside ip6_fragment is unnecessary.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
