[ Upstream commit7b4f36cd22] q_usage_counter is the only thing preventing us from the limits changing under us in __bio_split_to_limits, but blk_mq_submit_bio doesn't hold it while calling into it. Move the splitting inside the region where we know we've got a queue reference. Ideally this could still remain a shared section of code, but let's keep the fix simple and defer any refactoring here to later. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
