commit67bf002a2dupstream. Extended echo replies use ICMP_EXT_ECHOREPLY as the outbound reply type. That value is outside the range covered by icmp_pointers[], which only describes the traditional ICMP types up to NR_ICMP_TYPES. Avoid consulting icmp_pointers[] for reply types outside that range, and use array_index_nospec() for the remaining in-range lookup. Normal ICMP replies keep their existing behavior unchanged. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
