USB bulk and interrupt message timeouts are specified in milliseconds and should specifically not vary with CONFIG_HZ. Note that the bulk-out transfer timeout was set to the endpoint bInterval value, which should be ignored for bulk endpoints and is typically set to zero. This meant that a failing bulk-out transfer would never time out. Assume that the 10 second timeout used for all other transfers is more than enough also for the bulk-out endpoint. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
